Commercial Manager Requirements

  • Work experience as a commercial manager or relevant role
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Success in sales or marketing and the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of performance, financial and budgeting performance processes
  • Commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset
  • Solid understanding of market research and analytics
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
