As a Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate contractors, oversee financial budgets, and manage the process of construction. Your duties will include inventory management, materials ordering, and schedule organisation.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee construction project progress, providing reports on the timeline, progress, and adjustments
  • Ensure all legal requirements, building regulations, safety codes, safety inspections, and local and national regulations are met
  • Set and plan budgets, estimating costs, and other financial estimates
  • Plan, coordinate and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
  • Develop construction projects with architects, engineers, and trade workers
  • Order and manage the inventory of materials and equipment
  • Provide internal reporting and inventory projections
  • Perform the tasks of a cost estimator
  • Ensure that projects complete on time and to budget
