Our commercial kitchen is seeking a Catering Assistant to work as part of the culinary team. In this position, you will be responsible for washing, preparing, peeling, and chopping raw ingredients, making sauces and dressings, and operating kitchen equipment. You will unload and load supply deliveries, take a stock inventory, and organise supplies and consumables. The ideal candidate will have a catering diploma, proven experience within the catering industry, work under pressure, and have excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
