The key when buying job advert credits is to adopt a long-term strategy as it will ultimately be more cost-effective. For example, if you know that your company will, in all likelihood, be hiring 10 new employees over the next year, it makes sense to buy all 10 job advert credits in one go, rather than buying each credit as you need it. You will find that you are in a much better position to strike a deal with the job board you choose if you use this strategy. Like most things in life, it is cheaper to buy in bulk and will put you in a better position to negotiate.
There will always be costs involved in whatever advertising strategy you use. But generally speaking, with online advertising, there is usually a deal to be made, as mentioned above. When negotiating, be clear about your objectives and have a good idea what kind of deal you are looking to make.
